Crafting your career with science, not trends.
Rethinking professional development
Too often products and services aimed at working women focus on trends or tropes. The promises of newfound empowerment by fixing-the-woman is a superficial response to systemic problems.
Women present themselves at work as they feel they need to be perceived for professional validation, job stability, or to limit discrimination. Navigating this is tricky, tiring, and best done with guidance.
Professional Development Designs recognizes the challenges of working within systems that are narrow and rigid. It centers connection and balance, and doesn’t individualize problems that are shared.
